Last updated: 7 November 2026
1. Our commitment
My Greece Directory (directory.my-gr.com) is committed to being accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities and people using assistive technology, in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the Cyprus legislation that transposes it.
2. Standard we follow
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, the level required by the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.
3. Compliance status
This website is partially conformant: most content meets the standard, but some parts do not yet fully do so (see section 4).
4. Known limitations
- Third-party and user-supplied content (images, embedded videos, advertising, form security checks) may lack full text alternatives or may not be fully accessible.
- Some content is generated or translated automatically and may contain unclear wording.
- Some interactive features (for example games, maps or galleries) may not work fully with a keyboard or a screen reader.
We are fixing the issues within our control and review this statement whenever the site changes significantly.
5. Feedback and contact
If you find something you cannot use, or need information in an accessible format, email [email protected] or through our contact page, giving the page address and the problem. We reply within 5 working days and aim to fix the problem or provide the information another way within 30 days.
6. Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the competent authority in Cyprus responsible for monitoring accessibility requirements, the Department for Social Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities (Deputy Ministry of Social Welfare).
7. How this statement was prepared
